The biometric payment system digiPROOF is designed in a way, that it can be used in various store and retail environments. Based on TCP/IP logic digiPROOF operates in networks and is, due to its client server architecture entirely scalable.

 

digiPROOF is designed for immediate use. There is no need for changes on cash registers or checkout software. The s-package includes an enrolment package, the necessary database, a checkout client as well as all software required to do payment transactions.

 

digiPROOF is integrated into the cash register software. It is than considered as additional type of payment. digiPROOF comes with a standardised xml communication protocol. It can be used in Windows and Linux environments.

Basically payment transactions are entirely handled by it-werke. There are however less exhaustive options. E.g. a file with transaction data might be provided which is than forwarded to the retailers bank by the retailer himself.

If transaction procedures and payment facilities are already established in the clients? enterprise, digiPROOF is simply snapped in. Thus, the need for modification at this level is negligible what makes the digiPROOF integration easy and fast.
